Originally from Iowa City, Iowa, Matthew Lamb is a multitalented
performer. His previous film and TV credits include “The Best
Christmas Pageant Ever,” “Smile” and “Manodrome,” and he had
a guest-starring role in “Only Murders in the Building.”

His performance as The Little Boy in Signature Theatre’s production
of “Ragtime” earned him a 2024 Helen Hayes Award nomination for
outstanding performer in a supporting role. He went on to reprise his
role of The Little Boy in New York City Center’s production of
“Ragtime.”

Additionally for the stage, Lamb performed the role of Frank Jr. in
the off-Broadway production of “Merrily We Roll Along” at New York
Theatre Workshop; he starred as Young Ray in regional productions of
“Tommy & Me”; and he has appeared in the musicals “Freaky
Friday,” “A Christmas Story,” “School of Rock” and
“Barnam.” He had the honor of performing with several Broadway
stars in The Transport Group’s benefit concert performance of the
musical “Nine” at the Kaufman Music Center at Lincoln Center.

Lamb has also worked as a voiceover artist for commercials and on a
variety of animated series for Disney, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and
Nickelodeon. In his spare time, he enjoys singing, hip-hop and tap
dancing, and performing magic tricks.
